A little over a week ago my M asked, ‘do you know anyone in the Dallas, TX?’. I said I don’t “know” anyone, but I know there are HIM there.
Her single mother friend is moving from Richardson, TX to Waxhaw, NC. I reached out, and the call was answered. Multiple HIM, M’s, and 2.0s showered her with love, and showed up to help her load her stuff onto a truck.
We also have PAX of F3 Waxhaw and surrounding areas ready to answer the call when her stuff arrives there.F3 is much more than a workout. F3 is a brotherhood that cannot be matched. F3 is love, in both word and deed. Thank you Oatmeal (Dallas) and Johnny5 (Dallas) and the others for stepping up.

Sure the fitness is fun, but let's get real...the fellowship is the glue that holds this thing together. The PAX of Huntsville (AL) decided to try something new. Why not post at the local pool once a week in July. No lap swimming, just an ol' fashioned Navy-inspired beatdown followed by the most epic Name-a-Rama ever. Here's a workout to try and see if you can one up B League's bellyflop.
Warm-Up: - 100 KB Swings
- 100 Squats
- Snake Swim
The Thang: - AMRAP teams of three - PAX 1 swims a lap, PAX 2 does Squats, PAX 3 does Merkins (diamond, regular, wide)
- Lunges around the pool with a sandbag
- Buddy swims across, hops out, and relieves the lunging PAX
- Abs and pool walks
- Over-unders in deep end with Push Presses

Targeting (Q-2.7) Initiating Missionality In Others
- Missionality is an Essential Virtue
- Targeting moves a man beyond himself
- A Targeted man moves in relational rhythm
A man’s IMPACT is greatest when he is Serving in the High Impact Zone of his D2X–the intersection of his Dolphin (the Task he was born to do best) and his Daffodil (the people-group he was born to best Serve). This is where his forcible contact will be the most Effective. Through experience, the HIM learns that the farther he strays from his D2X, the less IMPACT he has.
But Living Right invokes more than just the HIM’s personal Missionality. It also requires him to initiate Missionality in the lives of others by helping them unlock the secret that he has already discovered, that the Joy of Serving others surpasses all human understanding.
Because Joy is an Essential Virtue which cannot be compromised, the HIM seeks to share it with other men through Targeting.
